Frequently Asked Questions

How many locations do you have?

Currently, The Sycamore is our only location, but we’re planning to change that in 2023!

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely, as long as you are on paw-patrol. Keep your fur babies in sight and clean up their poo for other guests, please!

Should I bring my kids?

We love kids and they’d have so much fun camping. But if you need a break, find a sitter.

Keep in mind, we are next to a drop off and open water source, so if you have little ones, keep a close eye on them!

Are there wild animals?

Of course, it’s nature! Mostly, you’ll probably see deer and armadillos. We would recommend that you keep smelly foods in your cooler or car overnight and burn smelly trash to detour the occasional raccoon.

Where can I fish?

You can fish right off of our property in the Little River! You can also fish in Holdenville Lake. Click here to get your fishing license!

Are you 420 Friendly?

Yep! Smoking is restricted to the south side of the cabin, please!

Are the tents hot in the summer?

We provide AC units, but they don’t stand a chance in the full summer sunlight. Please restrict their use for comfortable night-time sleeping.

Is there AC in the cabin?

There is a unit in the communal cabin, but again, it’s no match for full summer sunny afternoons. Those are best spent in a hammock or at the lake.

Do you have a noise ordinance?

We ask that guests limit noise after 10pm so that the neighbors in the tent next to them can sleep. It’s just canvas, so you can hear EVERYTHING.

What are red lights?

Most camping flashlights or headlamps have a red light option. Red lights limit light filtration so that you can see the stars better. Mostly, we’re just asking that you be considerate of your neighbor.

What all should I bring?
